Starting back up this week after my glorious day off was harder than I thought it would be. The workouts were actually easier (since I have now mastered how to "Stir the Chowder.") but my motivation to actually work out, especially after a long day of teaching wild children, had waned quite a bit. On Thursday I actually sat on my couch for 30 min, in a full blown Toddlers & Tiaras pout because I was so tired...and all I wanted to do was sleep/relax/watch Friday Night Lights/drink champagne/and not work out. I'm realizing P90x is not for the TV watching-in need of napping-and generally just a little bit on the lazy side- kind of person. And admittedly, that person is me.
