So with Rambo headband in tow, I decided to start with the Cardio X DVD today. I thought the whole thing would kick my ass (and some of it did!) but overall, it was pretty decent.
But this Tony guy who leads the videos?? Wow...Quite the character. I was trying not to let him bug me and just focus on the workout, but he was just saying one crazy thing after another, including this gem of a comment to the girl working out with him in the video: gem ---> "Wow, you are smooth, clean, tight AND gorgeous!"
What????!!
Hopefully in tomorrow's video, he'll tone it back a bit, though I'm doubting I will have such luck...
